MANY HANDS PROJECT

The Many Hands Project is a student driven community project run by the Event Management Program in the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Sport at Niagara College. The Event Management program students will plan and execute one (1) fundraising event throughout the academic year to raise money for the recipient.

 

Now in its 23rd year, the student-led Many Hands project will rejuvenate the facilities of a local non-profit organization in a 1-2 day upgrade, and/or, provides resources for programming that supports Niagara Region’s vulnerable citizens. The value of this project must be approximately $5,000

Mission

​

To develop community co-operation and pride through volunteer driven projects aimed at assisting non-profit organizations in the Niagara Region.

​

Since 1998, the Many Hands project has supported 22 not-for-profit organizations through renovation and landscaping projects, which raise awareness and enhance program.
