Where is the event located?

Rise & Shine Yoga will be held at the Meridian Community centre at 100 Meridian Way, Fonthill, ON L0S 1E6, in the

Dr. Gary & Mall Accursi Multipurpose Community Room located on the second floor of the building.

 

Is there parking on site and is for free?

There is available free parking on site.

 

What time should I arrive?

Registration begins at 9:30, so plan to arrive at that time to get yourself set up for our yoga classes, grab a smoothie, and check out our awesome Silent Auction Prizes!

 

What time does your event start and end?

Our event doors open at 9:30 am with yoga beginning at 10:00 am sharp. With doors closing at 1:00 pm.

 

What will I do with my coat when I arrive?

There will be a complimentary coat check available.

 

Where will I put my boots/running shoes for the yoga session?

You will be given a cubby in the coat check room and be able to leave them there for our yoga session.

 

What do I need to wear?

Be sure to wear comfortable clothing as we will be stretching to welcome in the morning

 

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Yes, Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle if you would like. We will have some additional beverages available for purchase as well as a Mystery Mat Pull and Silent Auction with some amazing prizes to be won!

 

If I choose to bring an extra pair of clothes with to change out of my yoga gear, will there be a change room provided?

There is a washroom located right beside the Multipurpose room, and guests will have access to the change rooms on the main floor of the Community Centre.

 

Can I attend if I haven’t done yoga before?

Of course! Our yoga class is a beginner friendly and without competition, judgement or expectations. It should leave you feeling stretched and relaxed.

 

Will I have access to lockers to store my valuables if I need to?

Yes, there are lockers on site in the main area of the Community Centre. We suggest not bringing anything of value

 

Are there any extra costs?

We have a variety of fundraising activities occurring throughout the day with awesome prizes to be won!

Is there an ATM on-site?

Unfortunately, there is not. We will have a debit machine set up for silent auction items only, other than that it will be cash only.
